Girlandaseriousdream.com is pleased to offer Worldwide shipping.

Ready to ship orders normally ship on the same day or within 1-2 business days after your order has been received.

Made to order items have an expected shipping date listed in the description of each item and it varies between 1-12 weeks.

* Shipping timing for bridesmaid orders and multiple item orders varies according to item availability. We recommend ordering with as much advance as possible to guarantee each and every fabric/color choice.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships.

 

USA (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before Noon EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship the same day or within 1-3 business day based on availability. All orders placed after 3 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. *Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

US orders shipped via Standard shipping take between 2-5 business days and include tracking.

Priority (2-3 days) and Express (1-2 days) shipping options can be selected at the checkout. Pricing is based on the weight of the items and the delivery address. For an accurate shipping cost for your order, just add the item(s) to your cart and start the checkout process so the website calculates it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Girlandaseriousdream.com is based in the USA and ships Worldwide. 

Standard International shipping costs include tracking. Delivery takes between 7-21 business days and is subject to customs clearances and different postal services in each country (timing varies). Pricing for Standard shipping starts at:

Canada from 14.50$ - Other countries from 24.50$

Pricing is based on the weight of the order and is determined once items are placed in the shopping cart. For an additional fee, you can purchase insurance for your package. Please email us so we may arrange it: info@girlandaseriousdream.com

DHL Express shipping is available and can be selected at the checkout. 

All international packages are subject to customs inspection. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not Girlandaserioudream.com. 

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

GirlandaSeriousDream will gladly accept merchandise returns on Ready to ship items with the exception of Veils and Lingerie for an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY returned within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not give cash, credit card, or Paypal account refunds.

Veils, Cover-ups, made-to-order, and custom order items are not returnable as they are made to order: cut and sew for you after your order is received.

Exchanges or returns for store credit must be received in their original condition, unworn, with no perfume or pet odors, damaged or altered, and nicely folded. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Once we have received your exchange item, inspect and approve it, we'll ship your exchange item or process your store credit.

Girlandaseriousdream.com reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. 

All returns submitted are subject to a handling fee of $12 USD per item.

Order cancellations: Our order fulfillment is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Production begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Note that this includes product changes as well as payment.
